What's the beef with Hap's? (Pun intended) Before it was restored, it wasn't much nicer than Pastime Pool... And one of those is plenty for any downtown...

Haps is a rip off. not as good as there profit, that's for sure. cattlemans is much better, and cheaper. I am disapointed in the pleasanton hotel closing though. i did really like their sunday buffet. does anyone know what will happen with it. after all it is a landmark of pleasanton, and should be restored into something the community can continue to enjoy.

aaron, what are you smoking? To compare Cattlemans to Haps is the worst apples to oranges comparison ever. While I agree that Haps might be a bit high priced, Cattlemans serves a MUCH lower quality of beef! If you can't tell the difference there is likely no point in arguing.

Why disparage Hap's because Bill and his landlord couldn't come to an agreement?
