how could you leave a injured friend in the vehicle. are police sure it was stolen or was it the kids trying to cover their track? hit and run = felony, car theft = felony, dui = felony, recless drivin= fine, poss felony, depnendant on the how reckless is reported by witnesses. it's going to be a plea bargin of a lifetime here folks.
