Peddler Shoppe at the Senior Center
The Peddler Shoppe in the lobby of the Pleasanton Senior Center, 5353 Sunol Blvd., offers the handmade wares of talented local senior artisans. It's a great place to buy gifts. The Shoppe is staffed by volunteers and is open to the public 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday; 6 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday evenings; and 9 a.m. to noon on the second Saturday monthly.
Phase 1 Group Ride
This easy paced road ride is ideal for new riders, riders coming back from time off, or those wanting a more social/learning environment. Meets at 10 a.m. Saturdays to go 20-35 miles, with a monthly ride of 40 miles. Re-groups every 10 miles and one longer stop. Call 485-3218 or visit cyclepath.com.
