The Pleasanton Youth Commission meets 7 p.m. on the second Wednesday of the month at Pleasanton Senior Center, 5353 Sunol Blvd.

Pleasanton Library English Conversation
The Pleasanton Public Library, 400 Old Bernal Ave., offers free English conversations classes from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesdays; noon to 1 p.m. Wednesdays; and 10 to 11 a.m. Thursdays. Call 931-3411.
