Heavenly Vistas
This exhibit features photography with encaustic wax painting and encaustic landscape paintings from contemporary California artists Thea Schrack and Paula Wenzl Bellacera. LAA Exhibit

Food Pantry at Valley Bible Church
The Food Pantry at Valley Bible Church, 7106 Johnson Drive, has an open pantry from 6 to 8:30 p.m. It can be reached from Wheels route 3. It will be closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve, but will be open the Sunday before the holidays from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Nov. 22, Dec. 20 and 27. 'The School for Scandal'
The Las Positas College Theater Arts department presents its fall play, "The School for Scandal -- A Comedy of Very Bad Manners" by Richard Brinsley Sheridan and directed by Wendy Wisely. Intermediate No-Drop Road Ride

Lacrosse Registration
Registration is open for the 2010 spring season of Pleasanton Lacrosse Club's boy divisions U-9 ($175), U-11 ($260), U-13 ($290) and U-15 ($290). Tri-Valley Animal Rescue is looking for fosters for cats, kittens, dogs and puppies. We provide training on how to be a foster, food and vet care; you provide love and a place for them to stay until they are adopted.
