Oak Grove appeal won't be heard until 2012

City, developers agree to delay legal arguments

Pleasanton's city attorney and outside legal counsel acknowledged Monday night that they have agreed with a developer's legal team to extend the deadline for arguments before the state Court of Appeal in a lawsuit the developer is pressing against the city.

The Independent article on this topic mentioned that the City has yet to be served with the new lawsuit. Is that true? It could explain why I can't seem to find the new case on the Superior Court's website. Or does anyone have the new case number?

The Lins seem to be up to no good in the Tri-valley. They promised the city of Dublin high end shopping but have backed out and now want to build more condos. Seems to me they are heading for finacial ruin.
