Has this been reported to the police? If this has twice and the message is so hateful and vicious it sounds like this is more than some kids with a gripe about our goverment.
This perps need to be caught right away. They have no right to attack and destroy our American flag no matter how angry they are!

Cholo, I do not know what you mean by calling Paula coo coo. I will assume you are inferring that she is some how crazy due to her remarks.

Now, it is outstanding that you have a opinion on this matter counter to what Paula has. However, I want you to keep in mind what the flag symbolizes (especially in this day an age, a time of war).

It is a symbol that millions of servicemen and women have fought and bled for even to this day. Does someone have the right to trash, burn, tear, rip apart the flag? Yes. Does that mean you should do it? No. It is called patriotism and nationalism. You do not have to agree with the government nor do you have to like the people in power. But you have to agree with what the flag stands for if you are an American regardless of your political or ethnic origins. If you don't, then I suggest you find a new country to call home.

So that is one side of the argument.

Here is the other: destruction of another person's property is illegal...soooo, Paula is right.

Sorry, I meant to say that Henny Penny is coo-coo!

Paula reminds me of Ms. H. Penny.

If the defacement of the flag was done during the night, then proper flag handling was not followed, which suggests that the flag be lowered at sunset.
