High-end sales surge 27% in East Bay

Pleasanton sees $15 million-plus sales in December

The East Bay's luxury housing market closed out 2013 on a roll with high-end sales surging 27% in December from a year ago and the median price climbing as well, according to a new report by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
