Parking changes went into effect Monday for the Dublin side of the BART station. A developer of nearby residential property has taken over management of 800 spaces in the surface lot, with future plans to build housing there. Riders will now pay parking to a machine at the south end of the lot instead of inside the station. Daily parking is $1/day seven days a week and customers will need to enter their stall number. BART EZ Riders must park in the fourth through seventh floors of the parking structure now and drivers with BART parking permits will need to park on the first, second and third levels.
