Interesting.....wonder if there was a big fight in the police department to determine who would be the undercover agent going in...ha ha.

Though massage misconduct could also mean the establishment called the authorities on a customer who requested additional services that are not legal.

With friends who are respectable and experienced massage therapists at day spas, I've learned that the requests for happy endings come from their male clients who offer to tip handsomely. Not indicating that is the case here, just that the customers often ask for a full massage. However, none of my professional friends have neon signs outside their high end establishments, so it really doesn't stop the customer either way from trying.
