Jack David Lauderback Sept. 22,1926 - Nov. 26, 2011 Resident of Pleasanton, CA. Born in Portland, Oregon. Grew up in the Gresham area. Graduated from Estacada High School. Attended the University of Oregon at Eugene. Served in the Army and was stationed in the Philippines and Japan. Graduated from the University of Miami in Coral Gables Worked for Pacific Finance in Portland Ore. Married Leslie Rae Lauderback on May 28, 1954 Transferred to California in 1956 while working for Pacific Finance. Later worked for American Saving and Bell Savings. Survived by Leslie, his wife of 57 years. Three children James Robert Lauderback, David William Lauderback, Lynn Metcalf. Grandchildren Jacqualynn Metcalf, Tara Metcalf, Lily Metcalf, and son-in-law Royal Metcalf. Brother Robert Lauderback and sister Judy Lauderback Barrett. Predeceased in death by parents Kenneth and Lillian Lauderback and brothers James and Richard Lauderback. Private services will be held at Graham-Hitch Mortuary in Pleasanton, CA on Sat. Dec. 3 from 2-4pm. The family would like to thank the Veterans Community Living Center in Martinez CA for their loving care. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the V.A.
