Pleasanton Council meets tonight

The Pleasanton City Council will meet at 7 p.m. tonight to consider a bid from three Happy Valley property owners to tap into the city's water and sewer sevices. Happy Valley, located off Alisal Street, is unincorporated. The Council meeting will be held at the Pleasanton Civic Center, 200 Old Bernal Ave.

Why all the bureaucracy and wasted time? If they pay the required fees, let them in?
