| Since the judge's ruling in favor of Signature Properties, the school district will hold a special meeting at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the district offices, 4665 Bernal Ave.
The meeting will open with a time for public comments to discuss the recent litigation and ruling between Signature Properties and the school district over Neal School, the proposed 10th and final elementary school on Vineyard Avenue. The board will then meet in private for the closed session to discuss the ruling.
The meeting's agenda doesn't show an item where the board would publicly comment on the closed session. Are you receiving Express, our free daily e-mail edition? See a sample and sign-up for Express.
