Under the law, those charged with offenses are considered innocent until convicted.

I understand that some community members are of a different mind (keep this stuff quiet, pretend it doesn't happen in our town) but it's helpful to have timely information about what's going on in Pleasanton that we don't always see. Keeps everyone on their toes, because not all of the neighborhoods have pro-active neighborhood watch coordinators sending out emails re. trends and incidents.

I can't imagine why anyone would object to this information being made available on-line? No names are given only approximate addresses. Is it people trying to believe that crime does not exist in P-town. I truly doubt this.So, why I wonder? I believe it's helpful to show to our children, teenagers, especially, because the 'real world' isn't all that safe at times.
For many youth, they question why they can't do something at a particular time or without a parent chaperone(I know my children do) and this is 'evidence' for them to read. For us parents that have become a little too relaxed with our teenagers, it should awaken us to the dangers that exist in our community. Knowledge is power.

Shouldn't it be about knowing what's going on in our community and keeping ourselves, our children, our families safe & informed? As a homeowner, myself, I know how housing prices have taken a hit, no matter which community you live within in P-town. None of the "loss" is due to crime, more like greed.

What about the Officers who lied under oath?
Destroyed physical evidence involved in a criminal case?
What about that [Portion removed due to offensive language] Judge caught on tape conspiring
with those P.P.D. Officers?
What about that sad attempt at "plaques for hack's" dished out
by a fast exiting Mike Frazier?
What about all that illegal tracking and CLAN-destine spy ops
on U.S. Citizens?
What about the lies, cover-ups and kick backs thanks in part
to Micheal Rhoush (Former City Attorney of Pleasanton).
WHAT ABOUT THE REAL CRIME IN PLEASANTON?
I know, Pleasanton Weekly;... it hurts too much to leave
the truth up on your web-pages. Now delete the truth and
sink as low as the above mentioned minions.
