 | The Tri-Valley Basket Brigade will be back in action tomorrow, collecting food for Thanksgiving in laundry baskets for local families in need.
The event will be held at Valley Christian Center on Inspiration Drive in Dublin. This year's goal is to put together 200 baskets and 200 care packages for the homeless.
Items still needed are turkeys, rolls, laundry baskets, Martinelli's apple cider, and cans of gravy, as well as blankets, hats and underwear.
The group is urging the public to deliver their contributions on "Brigade Day" tomorrow. Cash donations can also be made online. For information, sign into the group's website at www.trivalleybasketbrigade.com.
