Tonight's meeting of the Pleasanton school board may be the shortest in recent history.
Just two items are on the agenda in a special meeting that begins at 5 p.m. The bulk of the meeting has been set aside for a discussion on OARS, the district's new online assessment and reporting system.
The second and final item on the agenda will be held in closed session. That's for a mid-year performance evaluation of Superintendent Parvin Ahmadi.
The open portion of the meeting is expected to run from 5 to 7 p.m. at the district's board room, 4665 Bernal Avenue.
