Bookmark and Share
Two Livermore schools were locked down Friday afternoon and two suspects detained after shots were fired into an occupied vehicle.

The shots were fired at the car in the Bank of America parking lot at 1748 Railroad Ave. around 2:10 p.m., according to Sgt. Keith Graves.

No one was injured, but witnesses saw suspects fleeing the area.

One suspect was located at Railroad Avenue and North L Street. A second suspect fled after an officer spotted him getting out of a vehicle at
Second and South J streets, but was located under a house near Second and McLeod streets, Graves said.

Livermore High School and St. Michael's School were locked down during the search for the suspects, police said.

Two suspects are in custody, but police did not release their identities last night.

I know about this one. Kids of parents in Ruby Hill. One dropped a quarter on the floor of the car. They started shooting over it. Rugged individualism and a brave effort on the part of both to preserve the kinds of freedom the founding fathers wrote about.

Try again Leland, your boys from the hood committed yet another bungled mess. I suppose your cut will not materialize.
