New mayor to speak at Leadership Pleasanton breakfast tomorrow

Newly-elected Mayor Jerry Thorne will speak at the 7:30 a.m. breakfast of Leadership Pleasanton alumni Friday, just three days after being sworn into office. The breakfast, sponsored by the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce and graduates of its Leadership program, will be on of the first public appearances by Thorne after being sworn into office Tuesday night in the City Council chambers, 200 Old Bernal Ave.
