Sinatra fan, researcher to speak at downtown Rotary Club meeting today

| Phil LaScola, a fan and scholar of Frank Sinatra for many years who has collected all of his recordings and researched Sinatra's life, will speak at today's luncheon meeting of the Rotary Club of Pleasanton.
