Halloween-themed music to highlight free concert today by Pleasanton Community Concert Band

The Pleasanton Community Concert Band will present a special, free performance today of Halloween-themed music including classics, funeral marches and theme music from TV shows.
The concert will start at 2 p.m. in the Firehouse Arts Center, 4444 Railroad Ave., in downtown Pleasanton.
Called "Chillers and Thrillers," the family concert will include famous Halloween-connected classics such as "Danse Macabre," "Sorcerer's Apprentice," and "Toccata & Fugue."
Funeral marches by Gounod and Chopin also will be part of the concert.
