The Foothill High School community is set to take part in the annual Falcon Royale fundraiser, with the nighttime gala scheduled for Nov. 5 and an online auction open through 7 p.m. Sunday.

The Falcon Royale benefits the Foothill Athletic Boosters, Foothill Parent Teacher Student Association and Foothill Band Boosters, with funds raised supporting work in the classrooms, Falcons sports teams and the instrumental music program at the high school.

The gala is an adult-only event Nov. 5 at Castlewood Country Club, with a cocktail hour with appetizers and no-host bar followed by dinner, dancing and silent and live auctions to support the fundraiser. Tickets, which cost $95 per person, are available online at www.falconroyale.com.

Residents can also visit the website to take part in an ongoing online auction open until 7 p.m. this Sunday. Auction items, which benefit the fundraising drive, include Golden State Warriors tickets, sports memorabilia, golf, photography packages, Bay Area outings and more.

Also this year, 1% of the Falcon Royale proceeds will be donated to event partner Sunflower Hill, a local nonprofit that supports residents with developmental delays and is striving to build a sustainable living community for those with special needs, according to organizers.
