Library offering free classes in Microsoft Excel 7

First class starts Wednesday for beginners

With Microsoft Excel now one of the hottest skills needed for job advancement, the Pleasanton Library is offering Excel classes in beginners and intermediate levels free of charge.

Classes will be taught by a finance professional with more than 10 years of experience, said the library's Merry Luskin.

The new class series is scheduled from 6-7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 8, for Beginners, and at the same time on Wednesday, Jan. 29 for Intermediate/Advanced.

Registration is required, as space is limited. Register in the library at the Reference Desk or call 925-931-3400, extension 4.

The library is located at 400 Old Bernal Ave.

I've had a MacBook Pro for over a year…..I am TOTALLY lost after gavin a PC prior to that. Will there be any Mac 101 classes?
