Mark DeSaulnier supporters jooin in festivities

About 100 people turned out for State Senator Mark DeSaulnier's annual holiday open house Wednesday evening, taking advantage of the chance to speak with their elected representative, mingle with his staff and tour his Walnut Creek office.

"It's always a good event, usually fun and work for me," the second-term senator said.

DeSaulnier (D-Concord) represents California's 7th State Senatorial District that includes Pleasanton.

The district also includes Danville, Brentwood, Antioch, Pittsburg, Concord, Orinda, Lafayette, Walnut Creek and Livermore.
