The Pleasanton/Tulancingo Sister City Association
will hold its annual fundraising barbecue from 5:30-11 p.m. tonight at the Ivy Glen area at the Alameda County Fairgrounds.
Celebrating the organization's 30th anniversary, the event will include the famous Tony Macchiano's "Lickety Split" barbecue dinner, live and silent auctions and dancing under the stars with music provided by a DJ. The auction items include stays in Mexico and New Orleans, fine dining at multiple restaurants, a wine country limo trip, two wine barrels filled with various wines and gift baskets with gift certificates from local businesses and service providers.
Advance reservations are suggested at $30 dollars per person.
