Finances are once again up for discussion at tonight's Pleasanton school board meeting.
In addition to an update on state and federal funding, the board will discuss Pleasanton Partnerships in Education's latest round of fundraising. As of March 20, PPIE had raised $352,580.
The board may also take action on short-term borrowing to bridge the gap between when the state sends out its last payment in the current fiscal year, which ends June 30, and the upcoming year. The board has been asked to consider as much as $15 million in borrowing.
In addition, the board will consider the proposed calendar for the 2013-14 school year.
The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. in the district's board room, 4665 Bernal Avenue.
