Once a week at the most. We eat at home most of the time because we really don't like going out. If we do, it's usually due to a busy schedule.

I don't eat fast food at all weekly. Maybe during a road trip we'll stop by a fast food place. Tonight, while I'm at soccer, my wife's at home cooking dinner. We split it up.

About once every two weeks, when the schedule gets too busy. We try to avoid burgers and fries type places, but we like Taco Bell.
