The Catholic Community of Pleasanton (CCOP) eighth-grade girls American Division team won the Tri-Valley League for the fifth straight year, which is every year since the Oakland Diocesan Eastern Championships started in 2000-2001 for the girls division of the CYO Basketball Program. The diocesan playoffs include the best two teams from the Tri-Valley, Diablo East and Diablo West leagues.
