Journey Stories
Journey stories are tales of how we and our ancestors came to America and are a central element of our personal heritage. From Native Americans to new American citizens, the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service presents "Journey Stories" now through March 8 at Museum on Main. Firefighter Homage and Mt. Diablo 2014 Vistas
Oil painter Vincent Liu exhibits a series of works depicting firefighters. Concurrently, watercolor artist Robin Purcell of Danville exhibits a collection of paintings featuring Mt. 'Order and Chaos'
The group of 7 South Bay artists known as "The Abstract 7" joins sculptural artist Melissa Woodburn in an interesting new exhibition with a wide variety of media, open March 7-April 11 at the Harrington Gallery at the Firehouse Arts Center.
