Self-Defense 101
Tri-Valley ATA of Pleasanton will demonstrate self-defense tactics from 3:30-5:30 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 14 at New Leaf Markets, 3550 Bernal Ave. A requested $20 donation will go to Wishing for Mommy, brought to you by Dignity Kids, that gives $500 grants to the children of mothers who are battling breast cancer.
